Q: How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, the delivery time is between 2 and 10 days, depending on the country where you are.
Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification card with further details will be issued.

A: All masks are 100% handmade by our artisans. The extended experience in leather working along with quality craftsmanship guarantee an unique product that will last for a long time in great condition.

Q: What is the return and exchange policy?

Q: I need several masks for an artistic group, theater, music band, shoot a film… Can I get a discount?

Q: How should I take care of my mask?
A: The leather masks are quite durable. When storing them, keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. The worst enemy is water, as the masks will soften and distort when wet, so don’t wear them in the rain, in the pool, or in the shower. Heat will dry them out and make the leather crack. No regular maintenance is required. If they become soiled, wipe with a soft cloth.
