Your right to return the products
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you may return it and get a refund or exchange the product. If the change involves a change of model you should pay the price difference that exists between them. In both cases the transport charges will not be credited, nor those of the initial shipment or return. No returns will be accepted without the previous written authorization of PLAGUE DOCTOR MASKS. For a return you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the products to you.
The product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
