SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are handmade to order in California. Because each piece is crafted individually, please allow a few days for production before your order is shipped.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via USPS, DHL, or another reliable carrier. You will receive a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postal expenses. These costs vary depending on your delivery address and are automatically calculated at checkout once your city and postal code are entered. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically 3–12 days, depending on your location.
We take great care to pack each order securely, but we are not responsible for any damage or delays that may occur once the package has been handed to the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
All our products are handmade to order, and as such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Because every item is crafted by hand specifically for each customer, variations in color, texture, or stitching are natural and part of the unique character of our products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will review the case to find an appropriate solution.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been sent. All sales of digital files are final.
