PLAGUE DOCTOR MASKS INC. wants to transmit to its customers the maximum confidence, ensuring the strict compliance of consumer and user regulations. Therefore it presents here the General Conditions of Contract that will regulate the commercial transactions between PLAGUE DOCTOR MASKS INC. and its users:
Purpose and scope
The user declares to know, at the moment of the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (material, price, quantity, etc.) and expressly accepts them without reservation. The execution of the order and its confirmation by the user makes it a customer and implies the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order, as well as the acceptance of the rest of the legal documents published both on the web and Conditions of use.
Product sheet and information supplied
The information displayed on the web is accurate and without typographical errors. In the event that at any moment an error of this type occurs, at any time outside the will of PLAGUE DOCTOR MASKS, it will proceed immediately to its correction.
The pictures that illustrate the products are provided for guidance only. The texts that accompany these photographs are the information of the product and the technical characteristics. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal, being able to be the cause of the graphical resolution of the screen from where to accede to the web, and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products.
Languages for the acquisition of products
Purchases made by customers will be understood as being linked to the language selected by them, and there is no possibility of celebrating the purchase of products in a language other than English, Spanish or French.
Price
All prices are indicated by default in GBP, USD or EUR, depending on the country from where the user accesses the site. Other currencies can be selected at the top of the web portal. The price indicated for both products and transport costs includes the Value Added Tax and any other type of tax included in the UK tax regulations that affects the transaction. Customs tariffs are not included. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by PLAGUE DOCTOR MASKS.
Your right to return the products
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you may return it and get a refund or exchange the product. If the change involves a change of model you should pay the price difference that exists between them. In both cases the transport charges will not be credited, nor those of the initial shipment or return. No returns will be accepted without the previous written authorization of PLAGUE DOCTOR MASKS. For a return you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the products to you.
The product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
PLAGUE DOCTOR MASKS not allow returns of custom manufacturing or commission orders.
Product warranty
The process for a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary costs is:
- Send a photo of the defective product to info@plaguedoctormasks.com
- Indicate the product defect
- Indicate the order number and date
